Most things in our house need to be gluten-free, rice-free, dairy free and low FODMAP. Finding really yummy food that everyone enjoys can be quite tricky at times. These biscuits are a cinch to whip up and don’t need many ingredients. They are also quick to cook, which is handy if you have visitors coming – soon! Whenever I take them somewhere someone always asks for the recipe. So here it is – enjoy.
2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut sugar (you can use castor sugar)
2 1/2 tablespoons cacao
2 egg whites
